Saudi Indian Company for Co-operative Insurance (SICCI) is a joint stock company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as per Royal Decree No. M60 dated 18/09/1427H. SICCI is a joint venture between Fawaz Al Hokair Group of Companies, KSA, Life Insurance Corporation of India, The New India Assurance Company Limited, India and Life Insurance Corporation (International) B.S.C.(c), Bahrain
   
   
Establishments are required to provide health insurance to their employees in terms of royal decree No. M/10 dated 01/05/1420 H.SICCI's health insurance policy helps in meeting these obligatory requirements for the employers. The beneficiaries include policyholders and his dependents or/and his employees and their dependents.

Eligibility:
1. All employees below 65 years
2. Spouses
3. Sons up-to 18 years of age
4. Unmarried / Divorced / Widowed daughters

Payment of premium:
Employer Policyholder pays the premium for the Insured persons. Period of coverage gets reduced if full premium is not paid.

Reimbursable Costs & Benefits:
Upon specific recommendation by a licensed physician, who treats the insured for illness / symptoms the following are reimbursable:
* Medical checkup, diagnosis, treatment, medication costs as per policy schedule.
* Hospitalisation expenses including surgeries, per & post-operative care
* Treatment of teeth and gingival diseases medically recommended
* Preventive measures specified by the ministry of health (e.g. vaccination maternity and child care)
* Expenses of Repatriation of mortal remains of insured to his country of origin.

Health Service provider network & direct Debit basis on employer account:
* SICCI to issue Health Insurance card to every insured person
* Health service providers network nominated by CCHI to provide health services on monthly basis.
* SICCI to notify Policyholder / service provider limits.
* In emergencies, insured can get admitted and seek reimbursement.

Exclusions:
Insurance is subject to standard exclusions such as self injury, cosmetic plastic surgery, HIV treatment, teeth transplanting, congenital deformities, birth control, baldness, etc.

Special Feature:
On payment of additional premium and with prior written consent of SICCI extension of this policy for reimbursement of hospitalization expenses incurred while on travel any where in the world / native country on vacation is available
